Jason Pontin

Jason Pontin is Editor in Chief of the award-winning magazine, Technology Review and TechnologyReview.com, published by MIT.  Mr. Pontin also took on the role of publisher since September 2005, overseeing all aspects of the company’s business, including itsrapidly expanding website, e-newsletters, international editions, and events such as TEDx and EmTech, the annual emerging technologies conference at MIT. Previously, Pontin was editor of Red Herring, Editor in Chief of The Acumen Journal and regular columnist of “Slipstream,” for The Sunday New York Times. He has also written for national and international publications, including The Economist, The Financial Times, Wired, and The Believer, and is a frequent guest on television and radio, including ABC News, CNN, and NPR.
