Geoff Ralston

Geoff Ralston has been an investor, board member and advisor to a variety of start-up companies based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Geoff was CEO of Lala Media, Inc., an innovative cloud music start-up in Palo Alto which was purchased by Apple in December of 2009.  Previously, he worked at Four11 Corp. as VP of Engineering. In 1997 Four11 was acquired by Yahoo!, allowing Four11’s RocketMail to be the direct predecessor of Yahoo! Mail. At Yahoo! he served as Senior VP and general manager of the Communications Business Unit and later as the company’s Chief Product Officer.  Most recently, Geoff and two fellow colleagues founded an educational eechnology incubator called Imagine K12.
